Black Horse Profile- Papercuts
A horse’s head emerges in profile through bold black-and-white shapes, with flowing mane lines framing the eye and muzzle. Cut paper creates crisp edges and strong contrast, giving the collage a graphic, poster-like clarity. The pared-down palette brings a calm strength and makes the image easy to place in modern interiors.

My work unfolds in the elusive space between memory and fiction, between personal experience and family or collective myths. The geographical and emotional starting point of my art is rooted in La Peña Lara—a secluded island on the Río Capitán in the Tigre Delta, Argentina. It is the place where I grew up, and which, over the years, has transformed from a tangible landscape into an internal, mythical, charged, and persistent one. In recent years, I have focused on the medium of paper cutting, working in a free, manual, and intuitive manner.
