Crimson Tilted Portrait-Papercuts
A stylized female portrait emerges through crisp white cutout shapes set against a crimson field, with the head gently tilted and long hair flowing diagonally through the composition. The paper collage relies on clean edges and strong positive-negative contrast to define the features. Its graphic clarity creates a poised, intimate mood with a distinctly contemporary feel.Size without passepartout 20X29 cm.With Passepartout 30X42 cm

My work unfolds in the elusive space between memory and fiction, between personal experience and family or collective myths. The geographical and emotional starting point of my art is rooted in La Peรฑa Laraโa secluded island on the Rรญo Capitรกn in the Tigre Delta, Argentina. It is the place where I grew up, and which, over the years, has transformed from a tangible landscape into an internal, mythical, charged, and persistent one. In recent years, I have focused on the medium of paper cutting, working in a free, manual, and intuitive manner.
