Pink Blue Convergence
Broad passages of pink, blue, crimson, green, and white gather in an abstract composition of overlapping masses and softened edges. Oil on canvas gives the surface a rich, tactile body, with scraped areas, opaque layering, and visible brushwork adding depth. The result feels energetic yet balanced, bringing a vivid contemporary accent to a living area or studio.

My artistic approach is based on stain painting using a method of creative release, the technique through which I learned to paint and which I apply in my own art and with my students. I paint both from observation and imagination, with my main subjects being the landscapes of my childhood, moving between Kibbutz Magen in the western Negev and Jerusalem, where I was born. My work combines different media, mainly oil on canvas and linen, pastels, watercolor, and gouache. Each medium allows me room to search and wander creatively, giving me the freedom to express painterly stains, release, and vibrant color in its own distinct way.
