Pouring Heart
Pouring Heart explores emotion as something that refuses to stay contained. Built through layers of color, gesture and dripping paint, the heart appears to overflow and dissolve, its energy spilling beyond its own form. Set against a deep black background, the work moves between intensity and vulnerability, transforming the familiar symbol of the heart into something raw, restless and alive.

Muriel Elmaleh
Muriel Elmaleh is a contemporary artist whose practice is rooted in expressive abstraction and intuitive, gesture-driven painting. Working with acrylic on canvas, she translates emotion into movement through layered marks, drips, and sweeping gestures, creating compositions driven by rhythm, tension, and physical energy. Beyond abstraction, some of Elmaleh’s figurative works draw from personal memory and her childhood in Ivory Coast, exploring themes of motherhood, resilience, and cultural heritage. Self-taught and instinct-driven, Elmaleh approaches painting as an intuitive and physical act. Her process moves between spontaneity and control, allowing movement to guide the composition.
