Blue Quiet

A dark-haired figure bends over a reclining child or young sitter, their faces and hands gathered into a close, intimate composition. Painted in oil on canvas, the work uses layered blue-gray passages, soft blending, and selective highlights in the white fabric to shape volume and atmosphere. The restrained palette creates a hushed, protective mood with strong emotional presence.
