LEAF // No.1

This series was inspired by dried leaves that have fallen from the trees — natural forms that carry within them traces of movement, time, and lives once connected to the landscape. Through their translation into clay, the leaves are given a new presence. Their textures, curves, and fragile edges are preserved within the material, existing between memory and renewal, between what was gathered from the earth and a new form shaped by hand. Each leaf differs slightly in shape, movement, and character, and when assembled together they create a quiet sculptural landscape — like botanical remnants suspended in time.
