Gilded Fault Lines
Broad sand-brown fields surround a pale central opening, crossed by white fissures and concentrated trails of gold and yellow granules. Mixed media on plastic creates a glossy, layered surface where opaque passages, scattered particles, and flowing channels alternate. The restrained earth palette and metallic accents give the abstraction a meditative, quietly luminous presence suited to a hallway, office, or intimate living area.

My artistic identity stays mobbin' right where strict grit meets real-deal subversion. That academic background and training outta Shenkar and Bezalel give me a razor-sharp conceptual frame, but my whole practice conscious-like rejects that whole "academic purism" crap. We about friction, raw-ass process, and a dark, playful realism. Conceptual Pillars The Tension Between High Concept and Low-Tier Materials: Choppin' up cheap-ass materials (like sand over straight white glue) to pull off heavy, complex ideas creates pure visual irony. It tears down that elite bullshit, swappin' it for raw, touchable vulnerability you can actually feel. Controlled Chaos and Flippin' Mistakes into Flexes: Bein' down to embrace whatever random shit happens and showin' all the leftover scrap from the process right on the finished piece unzips the whole creation. The fucked-up parts turn into the exact anchor that keeps it real. Childish Moves vs. Heavy-Ass Existential Baggage: Slappin' primitive visual language right next to dark themes like bein' lonely, hittin' 41 and still out here searchin', and macabre shit makes a heavy-hitting clash. It turns dark-ass truths into somethin' you can digest, but it still mess with your head. Controlled Self-Sabotage and Always Evolvin': Layin' down boundaries just to blow 'em sky-high makes sure the work stays organic, wild territory instead of some pre-planned, calculated product. Philosophical Foundations for the Portfolio / Artist Statement "I ain't out here tryin' to pander to what people like. I'm serve-up somethin' they ain't even know they was hungry for." On Solace and Autonomy: The studio is strictly my own block. The work is made first and foremost to satisfy a deep inner craving and build a reality that was missing, zero fucks given about outside validation. On Visual Sarcasm and Humour: Humour is just the way in the door; that dark, macabre shit is what’s left over once the joke settles in. Sarcasm becomes the main tool to dissect fake illusions, confusion, and real identity. On the Art of Process: The final piece ain't no fake-ass, polished front for the world to stare at — it's a straight-up relic of the battle, packin' inside every trip, re-route, and sideways step taken down the line.
