Yaara Bashan Haham

About

Yaara Bashan Hacham grew up in a village in a highly creative home where so many things were crafted by hand. She absorbed this passion for creativity and manual craftsmanship from early childhood. In academia, she pursued Industrial Design, earning her Bachelor's degree from HIT (Holon Institute of Technology) and her Master's degree from the Technion. She defines her mandala creation process as "industrial handmade"—a fusion of almost mechanical precision and meticulous repetition, blended with free-flowing creativity. Thousands of acrylic paint dots are applied by hand, one by one, with immense patience and focus, until they come together into a harmonious and complete structure, giving each piece a unique presence. The mandala invites the viewer to pause for a moment, breathe, and find calm. Its precise repetition and harmonious colors spark inspiration and curiosity, fostering a sense of peace and inner reflection. It is an artwork that continues to captivate and surprise, even long after the first glance.
