The Artist name is Itzhak Feldman. He works as an electrical engineer in a traffic light controller company in Israel. About 12 years ago, He decided that in addition to the technological side, He would bring the artistic side into his life. He brought the world of painting into his life, and that it would be a part of his life. Since then, He has studied at a drawing and painting school called "HaTachana" located in Tel Aviv, Israel. His goal in painting is to translate ideas and thoughts that come to his mind and translate them into a final painting. He wants the final painting to provoke thought and wonder in the viewer. It can be a simple idea of ​​a person who is at home to a complex idea. Unfortunately, what happened on October 7, 2023 in Israel and the war that followed gave him new ideas for the future of painting. As a preparatory stage for painting He prepares a simple model of a Mannequin or several Mannequins, He paints them as they are and then in a more advanced stage of the painting process he gives them the figure of a human being, He uses a lot of his imagination and also in many cases he looks at himself in the mirror to understand a certain pose that he wants to have in the painting, He also looks at a lot of references, He especially likes to look at the modern painters and the impressionist painters of the 19th century. Painting brings him joy and satisfaction and sometimes there are many disappointments, it is part of the process.
