Reclining in Red
A reclining female figure crosses the composition, her red camisole emerging against deep gray surroundings and loosely gathered pale fabric. Oil paint builds softly modeled skin tones, firm contours, and a tactile surface with visible textural variation. The subdued palette and cropped viewpoint create an intimate, contemplative mood suited to a bedroom, study, or quiet living area.
