Figure in Coral Tones
A nude figure seen from behind folds inward, the rounded back and lowered dark-haired head filling nearly the entire composition. Layered oil passages in coral, pink, and earthy sienna soften the body’s contours, while heavier dark paint gives the head greater weight. The close viewpoint and restrained modeling create an intimate, introspective mood suited to a bedroom or quiet living space.
Ayala Lipson Levy
Ayala Lipson Levy, Artist Since the beginning my studies in Italy at the Brera Academy in Milan until today, I have been exploring the environment and the world—from landscapes to expressive nudes and abstraction and synthesis—while searching for my own unique style. In the creative process, I work with oil paints, graphite drawings, plaster bandages, ink, and the use of gold powders. Here, the works were done on passe-partout cardboard.
