The Valley Series :September Squills
Squills rise from shades of turquoise, their roots holding fast to the earth as their blooms herald the changing season. The valley still carries the warmth of summer, yet already senses autumn approaching.

Through my painting, I explore rootedness, becoming, and feminine strength. My work begins with a free flow of color and material, from which I discover and develop organic and symbolic forms. I am drawn to the meeting point between chance and intention, between our inner world and nature, and to the sense that we are all connected through an invisible web of energy. From this connection, and through the creative process itself, each work gradually reveals a unique story of its own.
