Cotton Among Curving Lines
Cotton bolls and closed buds rise through an ornamental arrangement of curling stems, leaves, and compact rosettes. Layered marker tones create soft gray fibers, warm brown pods, and finely articulated outlines against the open paper. The restrained earth palette and flowing vertical rhythm give the drawing a calm, nostalgic character suited to a bedroom, office, or quiet hallway.
