Liz Taitelbaum
Liz Teitelbaum is an Israeli photographer recognized by National Geographic Israel, Galitz School of Photography, Photo Israel, and others; she has participated in various exhibitions across the country. A 2018–2019 graduate of the Galitz School of Photography, she specializes in creating artistic, powerful, and emotionally evocative images. Exhibitions & Awards • April 2025 First Prize Winner – Annual Photography Competition of Delphis, an organization founded by researchers and environmental activists to protect marine life and promote marine research. • April 2025 Group Exhibition – Tel Aviv. Participated in a week-long photography exhibition open to the public on the theme of Home. • January 2025 First Prize Winner – Photo of the Year 2024, National Geographic Israel and Galitz School of Photography. • December 2024 Second Prize Winner – Photo Slam Photography Marathon, Jaffa. Participated in a marathon with 420 photographers. Exhibition held at Container House, Jaffa. • November 2024 Group Exhibition – Island of Hope, Emarged Gallery, Petah Tikva. Five of her works were selected for this curated exhibition featuring over 70 images by 40 artists. • December 2021 First Prize Winner – Petah Tikva Municipal Photography Competition. Theme: Healthy Nutrition and Wellbeing. • October 2021 Group Exhibition – The Eyes of the Ocean. A photograph of her was selected for this collaborative exhibition by the Israel Nature and Parks Authority, Mediterranean People, Delphis NGO, and the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel. • April 2021 Selected Photographer – Agriculture & Water. National Geographic Israel & IGUDAN. Her photograph was displayed in a group exhibition in Tel Aviv. Received a National Geographic Certificate of Achievement for 2021. • November 2020 International Photography Exhibition – Photo Israel. Four of her works were selected for an exhibition in Tel Aviv on the theme of Home Space.
