Violet Sweet Peas
A vertical arrangement of loose pink-violet blossoms drifts across the paper, connected by slender green stems and surrounded by generous white space. Watercolor washes bloom softly into the paper, creating translucent layers, feathered edges, and subtle tonal variation within each flower. The result feels light, airy, and quietly lyrical.

Dina Abd Elhak
Iโm Dina, an art therapist and watercolor artist. My connection to painting deepened during the war, when I found in it a space for expression, calm, and reconnecting with myself. Iโm especially drawn to intuitive painting work that begins with a feeling, a color, or a moment, and develops through listening to the process, without always knowing in advance where it will lead. I especially love painting flowers, nature, and landscapes, allowing the water and pigment to create movement, softness, and layers that tell their own story. For me, the therapeutic and artistic worlds come together naturally. Art is not only about the final result, but also about the journey a space for reflection, emotion, freedom, and discovery.
