“Under Observation”

A young man wearing only underwear lies on a pouf. At first glance, the scene appears devoid of action, yet the subtle presence of a plaster satyr mask introduces a sense of covert observation. It is a gaze without a body — cold, detached, and emotionless. The contrast between the living, vulnerable body and the frozen image of the mask shifts the work into a field of tension and control.
