The Oak Tree
A mature tree rises from a misted field, its central trunk supporting a broad canopy of twisting limbs and fine, trailing branches. Black-and-white photography heightens the contrast between the dark organic structure and the luminous haze behind it. Printed on paper, the detailed image creates a contemplative, grounded presence for a living room, bedroom, or office.
Ambar Doron
Born in Israel (1957) and resides in Givatayim. He is a father of two—a son and a daughter—and a grandfather of five. A self-taught photographer and a landscape architecture technician by profession, he is currently retired. He has showcased his work in solo exhibitions across Israel, as well as in group exhibitions in Israel, Italy, Spain, Germany, and England. He won third place in a photography competition in Italy and has received numerous nominations and honorable mentions in international photography contests.
