In memory of the death of the Sun of the Nations, J. V. Stalin, in the days of innocence. A figure sitting in a red dress reads a newspaper next to a bench, and stands out from a dark space of greens, blues and blacks. A cat. The layers of acrylic, the scratches and the free strokes blur the boundary between the body and the background and create a charged and moving surface. This is an urban, contemplative and somewhat nocturnal work in nature.
