"Talia Brenner is an Israeli artist and art educator who lives and works in Kibbutz Kfar Ruppin, in northern Israel’s Valley of Springs. Her practice emerges from close observation of her immediate surroundings: the kibbutz landscape, the natural environment, family and community life, and the people, objects, and fleeting moments that shape everyday experience. Working in a vivid realist style, Talia employs a range of media and techniques, including oil, acrylic, watercolor, colored pencil, and paper and postage-stamp collage. Her subjects include human figures, landscapes, and imagery drawn from Israeli culture and collective memory.
