This image is a composite of two nearly identical film photographs. Both negatives were unintentionally exposed to light. Each light leak landed directly over a hand, one on the left, one on the right. What began as coincidence became meaning. The light leaks, accidental and uncontrollable, highlight the vulnerability of the gesture. Two hands reaching, offering nothing but presence. It is not about whether they touch, but about the quiet willingness to be touched. The composite holds that space. The gap between the hands becomes the subject. A suspended moment of intimacy, defined not by contact but by the tension of openness. Tender, equal, and fragile.
