IN THE MIND
A woman’s violet profile emerges beneath an expansive cascade of blue, teal, and purple forms that suggest flowing hair or unfolding thought. Alcohol ink spreads across the paper in translucent pools, dark contour lines, and softly merging layers. The contrast between the quiet figure and energetic upper passage creates an introspective yet vivid presence, well suited to a bedroom, office, or hallway.

ZABAR ELISHEVA
I have been a sculptor for 25 years. I studied sculpture in the United States and create realistic bronze sculptures, as well as sculptures made of papier-mâché. Most of my inspiration comes from the human landscape that surrounds me. In recent years, I have also been painting in two different techniques: either with alcohol inks, which have a magical appeal for me, or with oil paints mixed with cold wax. I have participated in numerous exhibitions in Israel and abroad, and my works have been sold and are held in private collections in Israel and in many countries around the world, including Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, the United States, Russia, Greece, and more.
