Crossing Over
Perhaps there is something on the other side calling to him. The fish rises toward the surface and, in one small moment, dares to leave the world he knows, without knowing what awaits him beyond. There is something almost human in that moment, in the curiosity that overcomes fear and the urge to discover what lies just beyond the familiar.
