A LEGEND IN GOLD

Original mixed media oil painting on canvas, "The king's son is in love with a princess with golden hair, like a children's story" This line from a Mashina poem accompanied me while I was painting, not in a planned way. I love to draw while listening to favorite songs and sometimes they become part of the painting. A figure of a woman with golden hair stands in front of an imaginary lake with three gondolas. There is something legendary about it, not belonging to time or place, like a dream that remains open to interpretation.
