Winter Trees in Mist
Slender bare trees rise along the left edge of a pale winter landscape, framed by low green vegetation and a softly veiled sky. Translucent watercolor washes on paper create atmospheric depth, while delicate vertical marks give the foreground a quiet rhythm. The restrained palette brings a serene, reflective mood suited to a bedroom, office, or intimate living area.

For me, painting is a place where time stands still. I began working with watercolor pencils over the last decade, drawn to the softness, the flow, and the delicacy of this medium. In an instant, a magical new world of creation and freedom opened up before me. Today, I mainly use watercolor pencils and alcohol ink—materials with a similar nature, as both allow me to release control and let intuition lead the way. Painting is a channel of expression through which I "speak in color." It serves as a spiritual and meditative practice that helps me meet life, finding emotion, magic, and serenity within it. I invite you to wander through my colors and stories, and I hope you find a piece here that will serve as an anchor and a soul for your space.
