The Bat Yam Ladies
Two seated figures face the sea, their bodies and faces concealed by a patterned parasol and a vivid red umbrella. Crisp horizontal railings meet the distant horizon, while saturated blue, teal, and coral create a playful visual rhythm. Presented as a photograph on glass, the smooth surface reinforces the image’s clear color contrasts and bright, leisurely mood.

Based in Israel, I am a Doctor of Physiotherapy by profession and a self-taught photographer with over 30 years of experience behind the camera. Photography is my way of observing what surrounds me, capturing scenes all over the globe and finding perspectives that might otherwise go unnoticed. My work spans many cultures, street life, nature, landscapes, animals and engineering processes, driven by a curiosity about the world and the stories it holds. Whether walking through a city, hiking in nature, or taking to the air on a motorised parachute, I look for the frame that captures something unique: a defining moment, an unexpected perspective, or an emotion that speaks without words. For me, photography is less about creating an image and more about discovering one: a way to preserve moments, reveal details and share how I see the world.
