A solitary figure reclines in a green clearing, encircled by small amber flames beneath a screen of dark, softly defined trees. Blended oil color allows the fabric weave to remain visible, lending the hazy landscape a tactile, dreamlike surface. The unusual stillness and scattered points of fire create a quietly mysterious mood.
