Tulips Against Black
A cluster of open and budding tulips arcs across a deep black ground, with purple, rose, yellow and muted green petals creating several points of focus. Layered oil paint and directional brushstrokes model each curling petal and slender stem with careful tonal variation. The dark field gives the floral arrangement a dramatic, intimate presence suited to a living room or dining room.

I am not a professional artist, but simply a person who loves to paint. As a child, I studied at an art scool, where I was introduced to the world of painting and art. After many years away from painting, I returned to it and have continued to develop my artistic skills through painting courses, workshops, and masterclasses with different artists. Painting is my way of expressing myself, my feelings, and the moment that accompany me. The subjects of my works change according to my mood or the place where I am at that moment. More than anything, I love painting nature - flowers, landscapes, the sea, and everything that catches the eye and evokes emotion in me.
